I have a lot of stuff that needs to be stored. Things like a 10×10 tent for festivals, boxes of schwag, funny costumes from multiple photo booths… the list goes on and on. And since Sir Nicholas doesn’t like our living room to look like we are always moving I had to get a storage unit. I initially choose Broadway Self Storage based simply on location and price. But I do really enjoy some of the things they offer like the use of a dolly and freight elevator if you are on upper floors or the ability to have them accept your packages AND put them in your storage unit as long as they have a key.

The hours are kind of like traditional businesses so if you need late night access you should probably go with another space. But my 5 x 11 space is under $100 and I I didn’t have to sign any sort of lease or contract so I’m definitely happy with this place for storing my stuff. – Tiffany N.

What merits five stars is this: a couple of days later, we got a call from Lodo Moving Center. We’d left a few CD cases in the cab of the truck. I expected to be charged a fee for not clearing our stuff out. But they kept them aside for us, and we picked them up the next day. I believe other rental companies would just toss such things into lost and found and leave it to us to figure it out and call them. It was nice that they put in the effort to figure out who rented that truck last and to hold our items for us. – cherie c.
